About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Projects Manager to lead major water and wastewater infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia. This position is ideal for a senior professional with strong technical expertise, proven leadership capabilities, and extensive hands-on experience managing projects from initial planning to final handover.

As a Projects Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of water and wastewater projects. Your responsibilities will include managing budgets, schedules, and technical requirements, while coordinating closely with consultants, contractors, and government authorities to ensure seamless, compliant project execution.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage water and wastewater projects from planning to execution and final handover
- Control project budgets, timelines, and technical deliverables
- Ensure all work adheres to Saudi standards, safety regulations, and project specifications
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and relevant government entities
- Provide leadership to project teams and ensure high-quality, timely execution
- Monitor project progress and resolve technical or operational challenges
- Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare regular progress reports
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree is an advantage)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in water and wastewater projects within Saudi Arabia
- Strong technical knowledge of water distribution networks and sewer systems
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
- PMP certification is preferred but not required
