Civil Supervisor

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Civil Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid on-site experience, strong leadership abilities, and the capability to manage day‑to‑day construction activities while coordinating effectively with both workers and engineers.

In this position, you will be present on site daily, ensuring that all work is executed accurately, safely, and in accordance with the project schedule. You will oversee the workforce, track progress, and verify that all activities comply with approved drawings, plans, and instructions.

Candidate Requirements

• 2–3 years of proven experience as a Civil Supervisor
• Strong knowledge of civil construction processes and site operations
• Ability to supervise workers and manage on-site responsibilities with confidence
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
