The Entertainment Site Manager oversees the daily operations of the entertainment facility, ensuring a safe, engaging, and high‑quality guest experience. This role requires strong leadership, operational planning, and the ability to manage staff performance while maintaining company standards.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all branch operations, including staff scheduling, performance, and customer service.
- Ensure smooth functioning of entertainment activities, safety procedures, and equipment readiness.
- Monitor financial performance, daily sales, and operational KPIs.
- Handle customer feedback, resolve issues, and maintain a positive guest experience.
- Coordinate with senior management on reporting, staffing needs, and operational improvements.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and entertainment industry regulations.
