The Entertainment Hall Supervisor ensures the smooth operation of the entertainment floor, supervising staff, monitoring activities, and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise hall staff and ensure adherence to operational standards.
• Oversee guest flow, activity zones, and safety protocols.
• Support the Site Manager in daily operations and staff coordination.
• Train new employees on customer service and equipment handling.
• Monitor cleanliness, equipment functionality, and overall hall readiness.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly.

Requirements

• Experience in entertainment centers, family amusement venues, or hospitality.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise teams and maintain high service standards.
