We are seeking an experienced and dedicated <b>Physiotherapist</b> to join our multidisciplinary team. In this dynamic role, you will assess patients’ physical conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy at patients’ homes. Your work will not only focus on restoring mobility and alleviating pain but also on educating patients and their families about ongoing care practices for sustainable well being.

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>

• Patient Evaluation: <br>

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments including evaluation of mobility, muscle strength, range of motion, and pain levels. <br>
  • Review patient histories and prior treatments to identify current needs and potential challenges. <br>

• Treatment Planning and Execution: <br>

  • Develop personalized and evidence-based physiotherapy treatment plans. <br>
  • Implement a variety of treatment techniques including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and the use of assistive equipment. <br>
  • Adjust treatment plans based on ongoing evaluation and patient feedback. <br>

• Home Visit & Patient Monitoring: <br>

  • Schedule and conduct in-home visits, ensuring consistent, compassionate care. <br>
  • Monitor patient progress closely and document all treatment procedures and outcomes. <br>
  • Liaise with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. <br>

• Patient & Caregiver Education: <br>

  • Educate patients and their families on effective home care strategies and preventive exercises. <br>
  • Provide guidance on adapting daily activities to support rehabilitation and prevent future injuries. <br>

• Compliance & Documentation: <br>

  • Maintain accurate and updated patient records in compliance with healthcare standards. <br>
  • Ensure all treatments are performed in accordance with relevant medical regulations and ethical standards.

<b>- Qualifications:</b> <br>

• Educational Background: <br>

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Physiotherapy or a related field. <br>

• Licensing & Certification:

  • Valid physiotherapy license and necessary certifications to practice. <br>
  • Additional training or specialization in home-based care is an advantage. <br>

• Experience: <br>

  • Prior experience in a clinical or home health care setting is preferred. <br>
  • Demonstrated ability to assess, plan, and execute effective therapy programs. <br>
