Assistant Branch Manager

The Assistant Branch Manager supports the Branch Manager in driving store performance, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role is ideal for candidates who are ready to take the next step toward full store leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising daily store operations and ensuring compliance with brand standards
• Support the sales team by providing guidance, motivation, and on-floor coaching
• Help monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving store targets
• Participate in inventory management, stock checks, and product display arrangements
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues when required
• Assist in staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and performance monitoring
• Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Act as the store leader in the absence of the Branch Manager

Requirements

• Experience in retail, preferably in watches, jewelry, fashion, or luxury goods
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
