The Sales Assistant supports the sales team by ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and ready to deliver a luxury customer experience. This role is ideal for candidates who want to grow within the retail and luxury sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the sales floor and provide basic product information
• Support senior sales staff during peak hours and high-traffic periods
• Ensure product displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Handle stock replenishment, back-store organization, and inventory support
• Maintain store cleanliness and presentation standards
• Assist with packaging, gift wrapping, and after-sales support
• Provide administrative support such as tagging, pricing, and preparing items for display

Requirements

• Previous retail experience is an advantage
