Special Education Specialist

The Special Education Specialist will support students with diverse learning needs by developing individualized educational plans, implementing specialized teaching strategies, and fostering an inclusive learning environment. The role focuses on helping students enhance academic, social, behavioral, and communication skills through structured programs and evidence‑based practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess students’ learning abilities and identify developmental needs.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Provide one‑on‑one and group educational support.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure holistic student progress.
• Monitor and document student performance and behavioral development.
• Create a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field.
• No prior experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for working with students with special needs.
