Occupational Therapy Specialist

TThe Occupational Therapy Specialist will work with individuals who require support in developing or improving daily living, motor, sensory, and functional skills. The role involves designing therapy plans, conducting assessments, and helping clients achieve greater independence in their daily routines.

• Work Schedule: Friday and Saturday off

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify physical, sensory, or developmental challenges.
• Develop personalized therapy plans based on client needs.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve motor skills, coordination, and functional independence.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare professionals.
• Track progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
• No prior experience required.
• Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and client care.
• Empathy, patience, and strong problem‑solving skills.
