About the Role
To serve as the primary interface between external customers and internal stakeholders (Sales, Logistics, Finance, Manufacturing), ensuring seamless execution of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle and high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:

Order Management & Execution:
- Enter customer orders into Oracle system accurately and promptly.
- Administer routine enquiries and ensure data compliance.
- Issue official order confirmations aligned with delivery schedules.

Customer Relationship Management:
- Respond to all customer enquiries within 1 working day.
- Understand and fulfill technical and logistical customer needs.
- Resolve complaints professionally and maintain positive relationships.

Internal Collaboration & Sales Support:
- Act as liaison between customers and internal teams (Finance, Manufacturing, Product Development, Logistics).
- Support Sales with demand forecasts using customer order data.
Candidate Profile
- Education:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields.
- Experience:
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in industrial or manufacturing settings.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and problem-solving
- ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
- Multilingual (Arabic and English)
