About the Role

To serve as the primary interface between external customers and internal stakeholders (Sales, Logistics, Finance, Manufacturing), ensuring seamless execution of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle and high customer satisfaction.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Management & Execution:

    • Enter customer orders into Oracle system accurately and promptly.
    • Administer routine enquiries and ensure data compliance.
    • Issue official order confirmations aligned with delivery schedules.
  • Customer Relationship Management:

    • Respond to all customer enquiries within 1 working day.
    • Understand and fulfill technical and logistical customer needs.
    • Resolve complaints professionally and maintain positive relationships.
  • Internal Collaboration & Sales Support:

    • Act as liaison between customers and internal teams (Finance, Manufacturing, Product Development, Logistics).
    • Support Sales with demand forecasts using customer order data.

Candidate Profile

  • Education:
    • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields.
  • Experience:
    • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in industrial or manufacturing settings.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and problem-solving
    • ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
    • Multilingual (Arabic and English)
