AI Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on AI Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of intelligent, real-world AI solutions powered by Large Language Models (LLMs). This role focuses on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and is ideal for someone who enjoys transforming data into accurate, scalable, and impactful AI applications.

As an AI Engineer, you will design, develop, and deliver AI systems that combine language models with both structured and unstructured data. You will collaborate closely with product, backend, and business teams to build applications such as chatbots, co-pilots, and internal AI tools that address real business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build RAG pipelines using diverse data sources
• Develop and enhance LLM-based applications, including chatbots and co-pilots
• Create document ingestion, embedding, and vector search workflows
• Work with vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, Deviate, or Chroma
• Apply prompt engineering techniques to optimize queries and responses
• Deploy, maintain, and monitor AI solutions in production environments
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Ensure AI systems meet security, compliance, and governance standards

  Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• 3 - 5 years of experience in AI or Machine Learning
• Strong hands-on experience with RAG architectures
• Proficiency in Python
• Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Haystack
• Solid understanding of embeddings, similarity search, and vector indexing
• Experience working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or open-source models)
• Working knowledge of SQL and data preprocessing
