Netskope Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Netskope Engineer to work closely with one of our key clients and support their Netskope Cloud Security environment. In this role, you will operate as an extension of the customer’s technical team, ensuring they maximize the value of their Netskope deployment while maintaining a secure, efficient, and resilient cloud environment.

This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy working directly with customers, solving real-world security challenges, and managing day-to-day technical operations using modern cloud security technologies.

As a Resident Netskope Engineer, you will serve as the customer’s primary technical resource. You will provide hands-on support, fine‑tune security policies, and ensure the platform continues to meet evolving business and security requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement

  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to the customer’s project and security teams
  • Provide on-site, hands-on technical support
  • Ensure security solutions are aligned with the customer’s business objectives

• Technical Support & Optimization

  • Configure, tune, and optimize the Netskope Cloud Security platform
  • Create, update, and troubleshoot security policies
  • Support integrations between Netskope and other systems within the IT ecosystem

• Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare clear, accurate, and practical technical documentation tailored to the customer’s environment
  • Deliver weekly progress reports, highlighting achievements, issues, and planned activities

• Problem Solving & Best Practices

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with Netskope support when required
  • Recommend best practices to enhance security posture and operational efficiency
  • Suggest platform enhancements, new features, or training opportunities to increase customer value

What We’re Looking For

• Experience

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, network security, or data protection
  • Hands-on experience with cloud security tools such as Netskope, Scalar, or Palo Alto Networks
  • Experience supporting customers during implementations or through ongoing technical operations

• Skills

  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments
  • Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting security platforms and policies
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Certifications (Preferred)

  • Security certifications such as CISSP or CISM
  • Project management certifications such as ITIL, PRINCE2, or equivalent
