We are seeking a highly skilled and confident QA/QC Engineer to take full ownership of quality, safety, and compliance across our projects. This position is ideal for a hands-on, detail‑oriented professional who excels in managing documentation, audits, inspections, and employee training.

The QA/QC Engineer will oversee all Quality and QHSE functions, ensuring full compliance with ISO standards and company procedures. You will manage documentation, coordinate inspections, and serve as the Management Representative for the Quality Management System (QMS). Your contribution will directly support safe operations and consistent quality across all projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update all QA/QC and safety documentation
  • Develop and implement QHSE policies aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
  • Conduct safety and QHSE training sessions for employees
  • Prepare reports and present findings, risks, and corrective actions to management
  • Serve as the QMS Management Representative
  • Ensure effective QMS implementation across all departments
  • Conduct internal and external audits
  • Prepare, review, and monitor Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)
  • Inspect incoming materials, in‑process work, and final products
  • Verify surface preparation, coating quality, and paint thickness
  • Inspect subcontractor facilities for outsourced activities
  • Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) for outgoing equipment
  • Coordinate with client and subcontractor QA/QC teams
  • Arrange and support third‑party inspections
  • Record non‑conformances, corrective actions, and lessons learned
  • Review compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Promote good workmanship and adherence to procedures in daily operations

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior QA/QC role
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, especially for training delivery
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of NDT, pressure testing, and load testing
  • Experience with third‑party inspections and hazardous area equipment
  • Solid understanding of OSHA or ARAMCO safety standards
  • Strong background in health, safety, and occupational health practices
  • Ability to design and deliver effective QHSE training programs

Qualifications & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Health & Safety, or a related field (preferred)
  • Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 (highly preferred)
  • AWS Certified Welding Inspector or equivalent
  • NACE / SSPC / BGAS‑CSWIP certification
