We are looking for a reliable and customer focused Cashier to join our Ezdan Tea branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer transactions efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized counter area, and ensuring every guest receives a warm and welcoming service experience. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while upholding Ezdan’s standards of hospitality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter and service area.
• Provide friendly, respectful, and efficient customer service at all times.
• Assist in managing daily cash balances and reporting discrepancies when needed.
• Support the team during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow company policies, hygiene standards, and safety procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service (preferred but not required).
• Basic knowledge of POS systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
• Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and willingness to learn.
