Warehouse Manager

Middle East Mattress Factory Co is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of warehouse management, including inventory control, staff supervision, and ensuring optimal storage and distribution of products. Your leadership will be essential in optimizing our processes, increasing efficiency, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities:

• Manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping of products.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and accuracy in operations.
• Supervise warehouse staff and provide training and support as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock control to minimize waste.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the warehouse.
• Prepare reports on warehouse performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in warehouse management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of inventory management systems and warehouse operations.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficient in data analysis and inventory reporting.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Male.
• 34 to 45 years old.
• Saudi or Indian national.
