About the Role
We <b>Al Samria Medical Center</b> are seeking a dedicated and professional <b>Female Receptionist</b> to be the welcoming face of our busy medical clinic. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that patients are greeted warmly and receive high quality service from the minute they enter our facility. Your responsibility is to create an engaging, compassionate, and efficient first impression while supporting the clinic’s daily administrative operations.
Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>
<b>- Front Desk Management:</b> <br>
- Greet patients and visitors with courtesy and professionalism. <br>
- Manage incoming phone calls, answer patient questions, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or staff member. <br>
<b>- Appointment Scheduling & Patient Coordination:</b> <br>
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments and referrals. <br>
- Handle cancellations and rescheduling while maintaining up-to-date patient flow. <br>
- Facilitate patient registration by accurately recording personal and medical information into our system. <br> <b>- Administrative & Operational Support:</b> <br>
- Maintain organized records and filing systems, ensuring patient confidentiality is strictly observed. <br>
- Support billing processes by verifying patient details and insurance information when necessary. <br>
- Assist in routine administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and correspondence with staff. <br>
- Ensure the waiting area and reception space are clean, comfortable, and presentable at all times. <br> <b>- Patient Relations & Communication:</b> <br>
- Address patient concerns and queries in a compassionate and timely manner. <br>
- Provide clear instructions regarding clinic policies, procedures, and health guidelines. <br>
- Coordinate with medical and administrative teams to improve patient care and service efficiency. <br>
<b>- Compliance & Quality Assurance:</b> <br>
- Uphold all clinic policies and procedures, including those related to patient privacy and safety standards. <br>
- Follow strict guidelines for infection control and office hygiene practices. <br> <br> <b>- Qualifications:</b> <br> <br>
- A high school diploma or its equivalent is required; further administrative or healthcare-related qualifications are considered a plus. <br>
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role, preferably in a healthcare environment. <br>
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic; proficiency in English is an added advantage. <br>
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle diverse patient interactions in a busy setting. <br>
- Proficient with office software and comfortable using digital scheduling systems. <br>
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a calm and composed demeanor. <br>
- Professional appearance and a friendly, customer-centric attitude. <br>
- A good understanding of patient confidentiality and data protection practices. <br> <br>
