Perfume Sales Lady

Bloom Perfumes is seeking enthusiastic, ambitious, and customer‑focused Sales Ladies to join our branches in Al‑Ahsa. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy challenges, have strong communication skills, and are motivated by achieving sales targets and earning high commissions. You will represent a growing perfume brand, engage customers with confidence, and deliver an exceptional retail experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and provide professional product guidance
• Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable fragrances
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and overall store presentation
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude
• Participate in promotional campaigns and brand activities
• Process sales transactions accurately
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits
• Contribute to a supportive, high‑energy team environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: 4,000 SAR
• Commissions: Attractive commissions that can reach double the salary
• Total Potential Income: 8,000 SAR or more based on performance
