Structural Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and confident Structural Engineer to join our construction team in Jubail. This position is ideal for an engineer who thrives on technical problem‑solving, prioritizes structural safety, and is comfortable balancing both design responsibilities and on‑site engineering support.

The role involves working across a broad range of structural engineering activities. You will contribute to both temporary works and permanent structures, review drawings, assess risks, and deliver clear, practical technical solutions that support safe, efficient, and compliant construction operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify structural calculations for temporary works, including scaffolding, formwork, and shoring systems
• Review and support permanent structural works, site modifications, and construction methodologies
• Examine architectural, structural, and shop drawings to ensure constructability and compliance with design intent
• Conduct structural safety checks, stability assessments, and on‑site inspections
• Provide timely, practical engineering solutions to resolve technical issues during construction
• Serve as the technical liaison between the design office and site teams, ensuring accurate implementation of approved designs

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of construction experience, including at least 2 years in structural design
• Strong understanding of temporary works design principles and core structural engineering fundamentals
• Proficiency in structural analysis software such as MIDAS, SAP2000, or STAAD.Pro
• Solid working knowledge of AutoCAD
• Detail‑oriented, confident, and capable of working effectively on active construction sites
