Kindergarten Supervisor

The Kindergarten Supervisor will oversee the daily academic and operational functions of the kindergarten, ensuring a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment for children. This role requires strong leadership, curriculum knowledge, and the ability to guide and support teaching staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support teachers across all KG levels.
• Ensure implementation of age‑appropriate curriculum and teaching standards.
• Monitor classroom performance, lesson planning, and child development progress.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Coordinate with parents, address concerns, and provide progress updates.
• Lead training, workshops, and professional development for staff.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• More than 5 years of experience in kindergarten or early childhood supervision.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to mentor teachers and maintain high educational standards.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
