Training Analyst

About the Role
To facilitate and monitor progress of the training programs and the developmental plans ensuring alignment and following up employee achievement to meet KJO training objectives.
Skills:

Policies, Processes and Procedures
- Applies approved section policies, processes, and procedures and monitors adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner

Day- to-day operations
- Applies the day-to-day operations assigned for the section to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures

Training Programmes
- Facilitates departmental communication to collect and register employees for training/assessment
- Publicises training course/applications to advertise and ensure awareness

Developmental Plan
- Matches employee nominations with developmental plans to ensure alignment and need
- Updates candidate training history on SAP to ensure reflection of the employee’s progress

Trainees’ Performance
- Applies established precedents and written rules to guide employee participants, Induction Trainees, and other miscellaneous non-employee trainees participating in the programs offered to maximize training benefits
- Receives, counsels and orients trainees with study schedules and trainee life in KJO, informs them of entitlements, benefits and other available resources to help them get familiar with a new environment and overcome any problems that arise

Monitoring and Reporting

Produces statistical reports to provide for analysis as requested

Monitors employees’ progress in all developmental programme (IDP,SDP, and PDP) to update SAP and follow up on completion

Coordinates with Training Coordinators to update them on progress and resolve issues related to trainees performance and progress

Monitors expenses, allowances, payments to providers/candidates to ensure accuracy

Safety, Quality & Environment
- Complies with all relevant safety, quality, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment

Education
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration
