About the Role

To provide routine analysis and benchmarking in several areas related to organization development (ie. manpower planning, business process and job evaluation) in order to provide data to enable informed decision-making by superiors

Skills

  • Policies, Processes and Procedures

    • Applies approved section policies, processes, and procedures and monitors adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner
  • Day- to-day operations

    • Applies the day-to-day operations assigned for the Organisation Development Division to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures
  • Business Processes

    • Identifies duplications and redundancies in a workflow and highlights these for remediation
    • Assists in audits of organization charts as directed to build up knowledge of industry and international best practices
    • Offers suggestions to improve standard processes in order to save time or money or increase safety, quality, efficiency, or output.
  • Manpower Planning

    • Extracts data from SAP on manpower requirements and workforce demographics and prepares it for analysis
    • Assists in examining departmental manning levels and makes simple calculations on required headcount to ensure continuous smooth operations
  • Job Analysis / Job Descriptions

    • Participates in the development of job descriptions for departments to ensure that roles are clearly and accurately defined
    • Conducts job analysis interviews in order to gain an understanding of the job
  • Job Evaluation

    • Ensures that evaluated jobs are correctly mapped on the grade structure and that the correct evaluation is reflected in SAP
  • HR Database

    • Uploads all data related to organisation charts, manpower planning, job descriptions and evaluations to HR database so that it can be retrieved by other functions for use in their processes
  • Reporting

    • Prepares section reports in a timely and accurate manner to meet Company and section requirements, policies and standards
  • Safety, Health & Environment

    • Complies with all relevant safety, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
  • Related Assignments

    • Performs other related duties or assignments as directed

Education

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration
