About the Role
To develop and coordinate the Job Task Standards process and certification at KJO comparable to industrial standards and ensure the capability of the job holder to do his job.

Policies, Processes and Procedures
- Applies approved section policies, processes, and procedures and monitors adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner

Day- to-day operations
- Applies the day-to-day operations assigned for the Competency Assessment and IDP section to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures

Job Task Standard Certification
- Maintains Job Task Booklets to ensure job skills are maintained
- Coordinates with proponent departments to identify employees for program enrolment
- Monitors and updates the progress of certifications to ensure successful completion
- Conducts awareness workshops for Mentors and Evaluators to ensure understanding of certification requirements
- Coordinates internal and external evaluation of trainees to ensure successful completion and issue JTS certification
- Development of new competency profiles

Reporting
- Assists in the preparation of timely and accurate reports for section in order to meet Company and section requirements, policies and standards

Safety, Health & Environment
- Complies with all relevant safety, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment

Education
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration
