Recruitment Analyst

To carry out analysis in support of recruitment efforts to ensure quotas and key metrics are met and an overall smooth recruitment process

• Policies, Processes and Procedures

  • Applies approved section policies, processes, and procedures and monitors adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner

• Day- to-day operations

  • Applies the day-to-day operations assigned for the Recruitment Section to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures

• Recruitment Process

  • Applies for and obtains management approval in order to initiate the recruitment process.
  • Requests CVs from pre-approved contractors or recruitment agencies
  • Ensures CVs of applicants are entered into a database to for future retrieval and reference
  • Complies statistics on CVs received in particular related to nationality in order to ensure that quotas are met
  • Carries out a preliminary elimination of CVs received based on pre-defined hiring criteria
  • Provides any logistical or analytical support to the recruitment committees and/or user department to enable them to conduct the necessary interviews effectively

• New Employees

  • Compiles statistics on new hires to ensure that quotas are met and to follow-up on key metrics
  • Reviews recommendations on appropriate salary, grade, and job title, made based on new employee’s file and in accordance with pre-set criteria, to ensure internal consistency and fairness
  • Coordinates mobilization of employees with contractor and user department

• Employee Inquiries

  • Replies to employee inquiries and provides instructions and clarifications on issues at hand to facilitate the recruitment process and the joining process

• Reporting

  • Assists in the preparation of timely and accurate reports for section in order to meet Company and section requirements, policies and standards

• Safety, Health & Environment

  • Complies with all relevant safety, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment

• Related Assignments

  • Performs other related duties or assignments as directed

Education

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration
