About the Role
Manages and operates risk management systems, ensuring accurate and efficient data management and supporting effective risk assessment and mitigation processes.

Policies, Processes and Procedures
- Applies approved section policies, processes, and procedures and monitors adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner
- Day- to-day operations Applies the day-to-day operations assigned for the Enterprise Risk Management Section to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures

System Management and Operations
- Own and oversee the operation of risk management systems, ensuring their functionality, reliability, and security.
- Customize system configurations to meet the organization's risk management needs and ensure seamless integration with other systems.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance to address any issues or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the availability and optimization of risk management software and hardware.

Data Management and Analysis
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive database of risk-related information, including hazard assessments, incident records, and mitigation plans.
- Collect, validate, and input data into the risk management systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to defined standards.
- Generate reports, analytics, and visualizations to support risk assessment, monitoring, and reporting activities.
- Analyze data trends, identify emerging risks, and provide insights to support decision-making processes.

Risk Assessment and Mitigation Support
- Collaborate with risk assessment teams to define and implement standardized risk assessment methodologies and frameworks.
- Provide guidance and support in conducting risk assessments, including identification, analysis, and evaluation of risks.
- Assist in the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
- Monitor and track the progress of risk mitigation activities, ensuring timely completion and effectiveness.

Training and Stakeholder Support
- Develop and deliver training programs on risk management systems and processes to enhance user proficiency and understanding.
- Provide technical support and guidance to users of the risk management systems, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including risk owners and department heads, to ensure effective utilization of risk management systems.
- Support the communication of risk-related information, reports, and insights to key stakeholders.

Reporting
- Assists in the preparation of timely and accurate reports for section in order to meet Company and section requirements, policies and standards

- Complies with all relevant safety, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment

Education
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration
