About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to play a critical role in our SAP implementation project, with a key focus on embedding robust internal controls, ensuring proper design and configuration of core financial modules, and driving process digitalization and efficiencies across Finance.

Key Accountabilities

  • Act as the finance lead in the SAP implementation, ensuring finance requirements are fully captured and translated into system design.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, consultants, and business stakeholders) to ensure end-to-end finance processes are aligned, optimized, and future-ready.
  • Drive the embedding of internal controls into system design and processes to ensure compliance with SOX, audit, and internal control frameworks.
  • Provide expert input on SAP Financial modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Assets (FA).
  • Champion process automation, simplification, and digitalization across finance operations.
  • Validate system configurations, participate in UAT, and support training and change management for finance teams.
  • Support data migration activities ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data

Skills

  • Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA/CA or equivalent preferred.

    • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, including Big 4 public accounting experience.

    • Hands-on experience with SAP implementation projects (S/4HANA preferred).

    • Strong understanding of internal controls, compliance, and financial reporting frameworks.

    • Proven ability to manage projects, work cross-functionally, and deliver in complex transformation environments.

    • Deep expertise in core finance processes: GL, AP, AR, and Fixed Assets.

    • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and system optimization.

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
