About the Role
The company is announcing a vacancy for a Business Developer to manage and develop the delivery of medical and healthcare personnel services for both companies and individuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive development plan for managing the provision of medical and healthcare personnel.
- Conduct market analysis and identify opportunities and target segments (companies – individuals).
- Develop service delivery mechanisms and enhance customer experience.
- Establish sales growth and visitation plans in line with approved policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in business development and providing medical/healthcare staffing services.
- Strong knowledge of the medical staffing market and related services.
- A solid network of connections with companies or healthcare entities.
- Familiarity with the corporate market or the healthcare sector.
