About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Coating QC Supervisor with strong expertise in coating, painting, and corrosion protection. If you have hands-on experience leading blasting and painting operations and ensuring compliance with industry and Aramco standards, this role offers an excellent opportunity to advance your career.
As the Coating QC Supervisor, you will oversee all coating-related quality control activities at the project site. You will ensure that surface preparation and coating applications are executed correctly, maintain accurate QC documentation, and coordinate closely with site teams and inspectors to meet project requirements and Aramco specifications.
Qualifications & Experience

Experience
- 8 - 12 years of experience in coating, painting, and corrosion protection
- Proven experience supervising blasting and painting operations
- Strong working knowledge of Aramco standards (SAES, SAMSS, SATIP, SAIC)
- Experience preparing, reviewing, and maintaining QC documentation and reports

Technical Skills
- Solid understanding of surface preparation standards (SSPC / NACE / ISO)
- Proficiency in DFT/WFT measurements, surface profile checks, and adhesion testing
- Ability to lead QC teams and coordinate inspections with Aramco representatives
- Strong reporting, documentation, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise blasting, coating, and painting activities on site
- Monitor surface preparation and coating application processes to ensure compliance
- Conduct inspections and testing as required by project specifications
- Maintain accurate QC records, logs, and reports
- Coordinate with inspectors, contractors, and site teams to resolve quality issues
- Ensure all work meets project requirements, industry standards, and quality expectations
