Architectural Engineer

The company is seeking a qualified Architectural Engineer to join its team and support the design, coordination, and execution of marble and interior finishing works. The role involves preparing and reviewing shop drawings, coordinating with project teams and clients, and ensuring that all marble and finishing works are executed according to design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in marble or finishing projects and strong skills in AutoCAD.

Key responsibilities

• Design & drawings:

  • Prepare, modify, and review architectural and shop drawings related to marble and finishing works using AutoCAD.
  • Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.

• Project coordination:

  • Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of marble and finishing works.
  • Participate in technical meetings and provide architectural input when needed.

• Site follow-up & quality:

  • Conduct site visits to follow up on installation and finishing quality.
  • Ensure that all works are carried out according to approved drawings and within agreed timelines.

• Technical support:

  • Provide technical solutions and recommendations for design and installation challenges related to marble and finishes.
  • Assist in material selection and review of samples when required.

Requirements

• Experience:
  • Proven experience in the field of marble or finishing works (interior/exterior).
• Technical skills:
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Location:
  • The applicant must be a resident of East Riyadh.
• Other:
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
