Construction Assistant

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals for the role of <b>Construction Assistant</b> in the <b>Eastern Region</b>. As a Construction Assistant, you will play an essential role in supporting various construction activities, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining site safety and efficiency.

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>

• Assist construction teams in preparing, organizing, and cleaning construction sites. <br>
• Transport and handle materials, tools, and equipment as needed. <br>
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and report any safety concerns to supervisors. <br>
• Help with basic tasks such as digging, lifting, and assembling structures under the guidance of senior workers. <br>
• Collaborate effectively with the team and follow instructions provided by supervisors. <br>
• Assist with monitoring inventory of tools and construction materials.

• Minimum high school education or equivalent. <br>
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks in various weather conditions. <br>
• Basic knowledge of construction procedures and tools (preferred but not mandatory). <br>
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions diligently.
