1️⃣ Reservations Agent

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Handle daily reservations and ensure accurate data entry.
• Use reservation systems such as Opera or similar platforms (preferred).
• Respond to guest inquiries via phone and email.
• Prepare and submit daily reservation reports to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel reservations.
• Strong command of English is mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with guests professionally.
• Commitment to working hours and readiness to join immediately.

2️⃣ Barista

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare all types of coffee and beverages according to company standards.
• Maintain coffee equipment and ensure cleanliness at all times.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Adhere to safety and hygiene standards and hold a valid Municipality Health Card.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in preparing coffee and beverages.
• Knowledge of coffee types and basic equipment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good command of English.
