About the Role
The Football Coach will deliver high quality training sessions for youth and adult players, following Vision7’s modern, European influenced methodology. This role focuses on player development, discipline, and creating a positive, high‑performance environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured training sessions based on Vision7 curriculum
- Assist in talent identification and player assessments
- Support match‑day coaching and tactical preparation
- Maintain discipline, safety, and professionalism on the field
- Collaborate with European coaching staff for continuous improvement
- Provide progress reports to parents and management
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum C Licence (SAFF, AFC, UEFA or equivalent)
- Experience coaching youth or amateur players
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Passion for player development and modern football methods
