About the Role
The Football Operations Manager leads the day‑to‑day operations of the football program, ensuring seamless coordination between coaches, players, parents, and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee scheduling of training, matches, and events
- Manage player registrations, attendance, and communication
- Coordinate with coaching staff for operational needs
- Ensure compliance with Vision7 standards and safety protocols
- Handle logistics for tournaments, travel, and external events
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in sports management or football academies
- Strong administrative and leadership skills
- Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
