About the Role
The Equipment Manager oversees all training and match‑day equipment, ensuring availability, maintenance, and proper inventory control for smooth football operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory of balls, kits, cones, bibs, and training tools
- Prepare equipment before every session and match
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas
- Track equipment usage and report shortages
- Coordinate with suppliers for repairs and replacements
- Support coaching staff with logistical needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in sports equipment management (preferred)
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Ability to work in fast‑paced sports environments
