The will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative <b>Financial Strategies & Electronic Marketing</b> campaigns to strengthen the organization's financial resources and reach. This role requires a creative thinker with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships.
Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>
1: Financial Resource Development: <br>
- Identify potential funding opportunities and develop strategies to secure financial resources. <br>
- Establish relationships with donors, sponsors, and key stakeholders. <br>
- Prepare and present detailed proposals for funding and sponsorships. <br> <br>
2: Marketing and Promotions: <br> <br>
- Create, plan, and execute electronic marketing campaigns to promote the organization’s mission and services. <br>
- Develop engaging content for social media platforms, websites, and newsletters to increase community engagement. <br>
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies for optimal outcomes. <br> <br>
3: Relationship Management: <br> <br>
- Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, community members, and other stakeholders. <br>
- Represent the organization at community events and meetings to foster partnerships and collaboration. <br> <br>
4: Creative and Strategic Thinking: <br> <br>
- Innovate marketing approaches and develop creative solutions for financial resource challenges. <br>
- Contribute to strategic planning sessions with ideas to enhance financial sustainability and community visibility.
<br> <br> <br> <b>- Qualifications & Skills:</b> <br> <br>
<b>- Nationality:</b> Saudi (available for both genders). <br>- Educational Background: <br> Diploma or higher in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, business, or finance). <br>
- Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience in financial resource development and/or electronic marketing. <br> <br>
- Technical Skills: <br>
- Proficiency in computer applications and digital tools for marketing. <br>
- Experience with designing and implementing social media and digital campaigns. <br> <br>
- Interpersonal Skills: <br>
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. <br>
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with a team. <br>
- Creative and Strategic Abilities: <br>
- Capacity to think creatively and contribute innovative ideas to marketing strategies. <br>
- Experience in developing marketing plans tailored to non-profit organizations is a plus. <br> <br>
