About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Architect Engineer to support design, coordination, and technical development for ongoing construction projects in Dammam. The role focuses on reviewing IFC drawings, preparing shop drawings and BIM models, resolving site issues, and ensuring cost‑efficient, sustainable design solutions.
Requirements & Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Architect Engineering or a related field
- Review and design Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings interior & exterior - Prepare shop drawings
- Collaborate with Site Consultants to resolve issues
- Prepare and submit design modifications
- Prepare initial 3D rendering perspectives
- Create Building Information Modeling (BIM) for site teams, clients, and other departments
- Prepare and submit design modifications – Request for Information/Approval (RFIA)
- Study buildings from sustainability and energy‑efficiency perspectives
- Suggest technical alternatives to reduce cost
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical field
