About the Role

The Civil Engineer will oversee project planning, execution, and completion while ensuring compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and project timelines. The role requires strong technical knowledge, site supervision capability, and coordination with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and approve engineering drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
  • Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to approved plans and quality standards.
  • Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and provide engineering solutions.
  • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project progress.
  • Monitor project schedules, progress reports, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
  • Participate in project planning, cost estimation, and risk assessment.
  • Verify material quality and ensure proper installation procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects (Saudi experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, project management tools, and engineering standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Transferable Iqama preferred.
