Site Supervisor

The Site Supervisor will oversee daily site operations, ensure work quality, and coordinate manpower and materials. This role requires strong leadership, practical site experience, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and workers to maintain workflow.
• Monitor site safety, enforce safety rules, and report violations.
• Verify material deliveries, storage, and usage on site.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update management on site status.
• Resolve on-site issues and escalate technical matters to engineers when needed.
• Ensure proper manpower distribution and productivity.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with project standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in site supervision (Saudi experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and site coordination.
• Ability to manage teams and handle pressure.
• Transferable Iqama preferred.
