Mechanical QA/QC Manager

The Mechanical QA/QC Manager will lead all quality assurance and quality control activities for mechanical works in a steel pipe manufacturing plant project. The role requires deep technical expertise and strong leadership in managing QA/QC teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA/QC plans, ITPs, and inspection procedures for mechanical works.
• Oversee inspections for equipment installation, welding, fabrication, and mechanical systems.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams for quality audits and NCR closures.
• Maintain documentation, inspection records, and quality reports.
• Lead root‑cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Mandatory Requirements

• Mechanical Engineer only (strict requirement).
• Strong experience in industrial plant construction, specifically steel pipe manufacturing plants.
• Proven experience managing QA/QC teams and quality systems.
