Requirements

• Must be a Saudi national
• Diploma (minimum) in Information Technology or a related field
• ITIL Foundation certification is preferred
• Excellent communication and customer‑handling skills
• Strong telephone etiquette and professionalism
• Proficiency in Arabic and English, spoken and written
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers
• Strong skills in receiving and handling phone calls
• High soft skills, including teamwork, problem‑solving, and working under pressure
