About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day operations across multiple units

- Drive new store openings and support expansion initiatives
- Ensure full compliance with brand standards and operational best practices
- Monitor financial performance and enhance operational efficiency
- Implement strong processes to support scalable and sustainable growth
- Provide strategic insights to support market development and long‑term planning in KSA
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the F&B sector within Saudi Arabia
- Proven track record in multi‑unit operations and team leadership
- Strong understanding of the Saudi market and consumer landscape
- Hands‑on experience with new store openings and scaling operations
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills
