The <b>Project Supervisor</b>, a role dedicated to overseeing critical municipal and organizational projects to support the association's mission.
Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>
- Project Management: <br> Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of municipal projects, including cleaning, maintenance, and organization activities. <br> <br>
- Reporting: <br> Prepare and deliver comprehensive periodic reports on project performance, detailing milestones, challenges, and recommendations for improvement to management. <br> <br>
- Team Coordination: <br> Lead teams to ensure efficient workflow, compliance with project schedules, and adherence to organizational standards. <br> <br>
- Quality Assurance: <br> Ensure all projects meet the association's high standards of execution and align with the vision for maintaining mosques and public spaces. <br> <br>
- Stakeholder Communication: <br> Act as a liaison between the association and external contractors, maintaining clear communication and ensuring expectations are met.

<b>- Qualifications & Requirements:</b> <br> <br>
<b>- Nationality:</b> Open to <b>Saudi Nationals</b> only, aligning with local regulations and cultural priorities. <br>
- Education: A bachelor's degree from a recognized institution, preferably in a related field such as Project Management, Civil Engineering, or Business Administration. <br>
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a project supervision role, with hands-on experience in municipal work, including cleaning, maintenance, and organizational tasks. <br>
- Skills: Strong proficiency in creating detailed business performance reports and a proven ability to communicate effectively with management and stakeholders. <br>
- Technical Competencies: Familiarity with relevant project management software tools is highly desirable. <br>
- Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic is required; proficiency in English is a plus. <br>
- Personal Attributes: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to solving challenges.
