About the Role
A leading industrial company in Riyadh is seeking motivated and experienced Sales Representatives and Sales Engineers to join its expanding team across the Kingdom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and promoting the company’s industrial products and solutions. This role requires a proactive professional with solid experience in the industrial sector, capable of identifying opportunities, managing accounts, and achieving sales targets in a competitive market.
The position offers the opportunity to work across multiple regions in Saudi Arabia, engage with key industrial clients, and contribute to the company’s long-term commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Identify new business opportunities within the industrial sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and solution-based selling.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales inquiries.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to management.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the industrial sector.
- Nationality: Open to all nationalities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
- Willingness to travel across different regions of the Kingdom.
- Engineering background (for Sales Engineer role) is an added advantage.
