Piping Foreman

The Piping Foreman oversees all piping activities on-site, ensuring that work is executed according to project specifications, safety standards, and daily schedules. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate teams in fast‑paced industrial environments. The Foreman acts as the link between management and workers, ensuring smooth workflow and resolving issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise pipe fitters, fabricators, and helpers during installation and modification of piping systems
• Review and interpret drawings, isometrics, and material lists
• Plan daily tasks, allocate manpower, and monitor progress
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and permit requirements
• Inspect completed work for quality and alignment with specifications
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other trades
• Maintain productivity and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks

Skills & Requirements

• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Ability to read technical drawings and piping layouts
• Knowledge of industrial safety standards
• Experience supervising piping teams on construction or plant projects
• Chamber registration required
