HSE Officer

We are a well-established portacabins company based in Khobar, Saudi Arabia, seeking a highly qualified HSE Officer to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring safety policies, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.

<b>Responsibilities:</b><br>

• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures in line with company and regulatory requirements. <br>

• Conduct safety training and awareness programs for employees and subcontractors.

• Perform regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards.
  <br>

• Ensure compliance with Aramco safety standards and other relevant industry regulations.
  <br>

• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and implement corrective actions.
  <br>

• Maintain HSE documentation, records, and reports for audits and regulatory submissions.
  <br>

• Coordinate with project managers and supervisors to enforce safety measures.
  <br>

• Monitor the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and adherence to safety protocols.
  <br>

• Collaborate with external regulatory bodies, auditors, and clients for compliance verification.
  <br><br> <b>- Requirements:</b><br>

• NEBOSH and OSHA certifications are mandatory.
  <br>

• Aramco approval is required.
  <br>

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental roles.
  <br>

• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and industrial safety standards.
  <br>

• Experience in portacabins, construction, or manufacturing industries is a plus.
  <br>

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  <br>

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
