The<b>Mosques Association</b>is seeking a highly qualified and dedicated <b>Human Resources Specialist</b> to join our team. This role involves overseeing and enhancing HR systems, fostering positive employee relations, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and labor regulations.
Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>

HR Systems Management: <br>
- Develop and maintain efficient HR systems, including performance management frameworks, payroll systems, and employee engagement strategies. <br>
- Implement policies and procedures to streamline human resource operations. <br> <br>

Employee Relations: <br>
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns and foster a positive workplace environment. <br>
- Provide guidance on conflict resolution and ensure adherence to labor laws and ethical practices.

Labor Hours Analysis: <br>
- Evaluate employee work hours to ensure accurate tracking and calculation of overtime. <br>
- Prepare detailed reports on labor trends and recommend improvements for operational efficiency. <br> <br>

Organizational Development: <br>
- Collaborate with management to design and execute training programs for employee skill enhancement. <br>
- Support strategic initiatives aimed at improving organizational culture and overall productivity.

Communication and Reporting: <br>
- Draft and present detailed reports on HR metrics to management. <br>
- Facilitate clear communication between employees and leadership, addressing queries and suggestions.

<b>- Qualifications and Experience:</b> <br>
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or a closely related field. <br>

Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the Human Resources domain. <br> <br> <br> <b>- Skills:</b> <br> <br>
- Profound understanding of organizational systems and procedures. <br>
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and proficiency in handling diverse personalities effectively. <br>
- Competence in human resource technologies, including payroll software and performance management tools. <br>
- Strong analytical skills to manage labor hour evaluations and overtime calculations. <br>
- Ability to produce accurate, detailed reports in compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations.
