About the Role
The HR Manager will lead all human resources functions across the organization, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor regulations, driving employee engagement, and supporting operational excellence. This role requires a seasoned HR professional with strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of KSA HR systems, and the ability to manage HR operations within fast‑paced O&M, Construction, or Engineering environments.
What We're Looking For
- Experience:
- 7+ years in HR, with the last few years in a managerial role within O&M, Construction, or Engineering sectors.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. (SHRM/CIPD certification is a plus.)
- Local Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of KSA Labor Law, GOSI, Muqeem, and Qiwa platforms.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication in English and Arabic, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in HRIS software.
- Location:
- Based in or willing to relocate to Dammam/Al Khobar.
