Rigger Level - 1

The Rigger Level 1 will be responsible for supporting lifting operations by preparing loads, selecting appropriate rigging gear, and ensuring safe movement of materials and equipment. The ideal candidate must have previous Aramco experience, even if the certification has expired, and must demonstrate strong knowledge of rigging practices, load calculations, and site safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing lifting operations in compliance with Aramco and industry standards
• Inspect rigging equipment and report any defects or safety concerns
• Secure loads using appropriate slings, shackles, and lifting accessories
• Communicate effectively with crane operators and lifting supervisors
• Ensure all lifting activities are carried out safely and efficiently
• Follow all HSE procedures and participate in toolbox talks and safety briefings

Requirements

• Rigger Level I certification (Aramco certification accepted even if expired)
• Minimum 2–3 years of rigging experience in industrial or oil & gas projects
• Strong understanding of lifting plans, load charts, and rigging techniques
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, safety‑critical environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
