About the Role
The Safety Document Controller is responsible for maintaining accurate, organized, and compliant safety documentation across the Amiral Project in Jubail. This role is essential for ensuring audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and smooth coordination between site teams and HSE departments. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, reliable, and capable of managing high‑volume documentation in a fast‑paced industrial environment.
| Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update all safety‑related documents in accordance with project and regulatory standards.
- Manage employee safety files, permits, certifications, and inspection reports.
- Ensure proper indexing, version control, and secure archiving of documents.
- Support HSE teams during audits, inspections, and toolbox talks.
- Coordinate with supervisors and safety officers to ensure timely submission of records.
- Prepare documentation packages and reports for management and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure only approved and current document versions are circulated.
- Maintain both digital and physical filing systems to prevent delays and support site operations.
| Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in document control, safety coordination, or administration within industrial or construction projects.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer applications and document management systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with multicultural teams.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Prior experience with safety documentation and compliance processes is an advantage.
