The Safety Controller (or Safety Coordinator) plays a key role in supporting site safety operations by monitoring compliance, assisting with inspections, and ensuring that safety procedures are followed across the project. | Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and monitoring safety procedures across the project site.
• Conduct routine inspections and report unsafe conditions or violations.
• Support HSE officers during toolbox talks, safety briefings, and incident investigations.
• Ensure workers follow PPE requirements and site safety protocols.
• Maintain basic safety records and coordinate with the document controller when needed.
• Participate in emergency drills and support safety awareness campaigns.
• Report hazards, near misses, and incidents promptly to the HSE team.
• Promote a proactive safety culture among workers and subcontractors.

| Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in safety roles within construction or industrial environments.
• Basic understanding of HSE procedures, hazard identification, and risk control.
• Strong communication and observation skills.
• Ability to work in fast‑paced, high‑risk environments.
• Physically fit and able to move around site areas as required.
• Professional attitude, reliability, and commitment to safety.
• Safety certifications (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH IGC, First Aid) are an added advantage.
