Safety Officer

The Safety Officer will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and improving safety protocols across construction sites to ensure full compliance with Saudi labor laws, company policies, and international HSE standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hazard identification, risk assessment, incident prevention, and workforce safety training.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enforce HSE policies and procedures across all project sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments.
• Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead toolbox talks, safety briefings, and training sessions for site personnel.
• Investigate incidents, prepare detailed reports, and implement preventive measures.
• Ensure compliance with NEBOSH standards, local regulations, and client requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation, safety logs, and compliance records.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to promote a safe working environment.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry (India experience is accepted).
• NEBOSH certification is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk management, and construction safety practices.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Must be available for immediate sponsorship transfer.
